Dr. Caleb Austin Pero Ferguson-Buchanan is a seasoned leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with over 30 years of experience spanning North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, the Middle East, and various parts of Western Europe. His passion for cross-cultural learning, history, and achievement fuels his innovative approach to DEI leadership. Dr. Caleb’s extensive graduate work in trans-diasporic analysis has equipped him with the tools to drive DEI culture transformation initiatives for major institutions in urban and national secondary and higher education systems. Specializing in Global DEI&B Leadership, Dr. Caleb focuses on Inclusive Excellence and Resilience Leadership Formation and Development.
