As a sought-after speaker and facilitator, Dr. Urmeneta equips professionals with essential skills for success in today’s interconnected world. In his most recent role with the AIR’s Data Literacy Institute, he prepares leadership teams to adopt a data-informed decision-making culture. Dr. Urmeneta is constantly creating new and updated seamless interactive and coordinating operations between recruitment, admissions, financial aid/development, technology and data management systems for the positive impact on people, whole life work balance and organizational mission success. He received the Dean’s Medal for Outstanding Doctoral Work for his research on first-generation college students.
